Founded in October 1949 by our Great Uncle and Grandfather, our family business has grown alongside the Muskoka community. Modern Home Carpet One is proudly owned and operated by John and Jan Smith, with Kim McKenzie, a third-generation leader, carrying on the family tradition.

Over the years, we’ve made significant changes and improvements to provide our customers with the best products and service.
